		<description>Nah, he did that before. At one of the previous states of the union he made this big statement about making US independent from middle eastern oil sources by pursuing alternative fuels. Yadda, yadda. 

It's the Bush administration classic - it's called, to quote ze frank,  "Say the opposite, say the opposite, do the same thing." If I see large scale government sponsored programs introducing alternative fuels into our economy and infrastructure I'll buy it.

Seriously, I don't trust one word that comes out of the mouth of that man anymore.</description>
