If web 2.0s wanna become money makers, then they shd understand the basics. The basics still remain the same. Market place is a value exchange system. Unless web 2.0 sites can generate ugc of value, they cannot sell their sites. That wd be the Next Big Thing!!!</description>

The web is a great place for sharing information, and sometimes that information is about products. Doing a good job with product info is far better than any advertisement if you&#039;re trying to catch consumers such as myself. 

There are also opportunities for mass customization, a la ponoko.com or Nike ID, or automotive configurators, etc. 

Then there&#039;s digital distribution. I pay for a lot of downloadable software. 

But keep your grubby hands off my kite, thanks. :-)</description>
